Metcom Excess offers this coverage to protect the insured with respect to his liability to others as a carrier under tariffs, bills of lading or shipping receipts for their goods on the carrier’s vehicles.  Insurance is available on an “all risk” basis, but is normally written to cover loss caused directly by any of the following perils, for which loss or direct damage the insured may be held legally liable:
